1 Package Red Velvet Cheesecake Mix
1 Pint Whipping Cream
For best results, place whipping cream, a medium glass or metal bowl and two metal mixer beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Place cheesecake mix in a chilled bowl. Add a little cream and blend well with electric mixer. Slowly continue to add cream, beating well after each addition, waiting for it to get firm.
After all the cream has been added, keep beating until quite firm. Scoop into desired glasses and chill until ready to serve!
Makes approximately four cups of mousse.
