Chop 1 head cauliflower, 2 bunches broccoli and 1 red bell pepper. Whisk 2 T. of our Bread Dipping Herbs with 1/4 C. olive or canola oil and 1/4 C. white vinegar. Pour over veggies and season with salt. Toss well and chill one hour before serving. Toss again just before serving.
