2 – 8 oz. Packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 – 6 or 8 oz. Container Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
1 Package Coconut Custard Cheesecake Mix
1 – 12 oz. Package Candy Coated Chocolate Easter Eggs (any kind)
Mix cream cheese and Cheesecake Mix together until well blended. Mix in yogurt and stir well. Set aside some chocolate Easter eggs for the top of edge of the dip. (NOTE: See the photos below for some tips on preparing the Candy Coated Chocolate Easter Eggs.) Crush the remaining candy eggs and reserve 1/4 cup of the. Stir the rest into the dip.
Scoop the dip into a bowl. Place whole candy eggs around the edge of the bowl. Sprinkle the reserved crushes ones on the top in the middle.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve within 2 hours for best results. (The candy coating may run a little into the dip if it is kept for too long.)
