Prepare our Peppermint Bark No-Bake Cheesecake Mix as directed on package, omitting the pie shell. Pipe or spread on prepared (store bought or homemade) chocolate cupcakes. Unwrap the enclosed peppermints, place in a sturdy zip lock bag and crush using a kitchen mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle on top of cupcakes. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
