Hot Veggie Dip

Preheat oven to 425. Spray an oven-proof crock (about 2 cups in size) with cooking spray.

Soften an 8 oz. block of cream cheese. Mix one package of our Garden Veggie Dip Mix in well. Then add 1 cup of  sour cream and mix well. Pour into prepared crock.

Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-16 minutes or until the top is just starting to get browned.

Serve immediately with crackers. Makes 2 cups.
