Tailgate Dip

1 8 OZ Brick Cream Cheese Softened
   To Room Temperature
1 Package “Sweet Peppers & Onion”
   Dip Mix
1 16 oz. Container Sour Cream
1 Ib. Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Tomato Chopped
1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
1 Cup Shredded Cheese Cheese
½ Medium Green Pepper Chopped
3 Green Onions, Chopped (White Only)
2 Jalapeno Peppers, Thinly Sliced
In a medium bowl, cream together the
first 3 ingredients. spread the mixture on
the bottom of a serving dish and refrigerate.
In a large skillet, brown the meat, breaking
It up into crumbles. Drain and set aside to
cool slightly.
Spread meat mixture over dip, leaving a 1″
edge of dip showing. Top with remaining
ingredients.
